隐私政策

CareerLog 是邀请制职业记录工具。本政策说明我们处理哪些信息、为什么处理，以及你如何删除数据。

1. 我们处理的信息

  • 账号信息：登录邮箱、用户名、头像和登录会话。
  • 职业材料：随手记、日报周报、项目总结、导入文件中提取的文字、追问回答、成果记录和简历草稿。
  • 周报邮箱：你主动转发的邮件正文、主题、发件人和接收时间；当前不导入附件。
  • 运行元数据：模型供应商、模型名称、Token 数量、耗时、成功状态和请求错误编号。调用统计不保存提示词或模型输出。

2. 信息保存位置和用途

账号与职业数据保存在 PostgreSQL（Neon），应用运行在 Vercel。数据用于身份验证、跨设备同步、导入预览、搜索、AI 整理和简历生成。不同账号通过服务端确认的用户 ID 隔离。

3. AI 服务

当你使用智能提取、材料导入、连续性判断或简历生成时，完成任务所需的职业材料会由服务端发送给当前配置的 Kimi（Moonshot AI）。登录密码、验证码和 API Key 不会作为模型输入。AI 结果可能不准确，请在确认或对外使用前核对。

4. 邮件服务

Resend 用于发送登录验证码，并在你启用周报邮箱后接收转发邮件。邮件会先由 Resend 接收，再通过已验签的 Webhook 写入你的 CareerLog 收件箱。

5. 保留和删除

  • 账号和工作区数据保留到你删除账号为止。
  • 周报邮箱消息最多保留 90 天；载入导入流程后也会停止出现在待处理列表。
  • 上传的原始文件仅用于解析，正常情况下解析后删除，异常残留最长保留 1 天。
  • 删除账号会删除工作区、邮箱收件箱、AI 调用记录和登录数据；已使用邀请码只保留去标识化的使用时间。

6. 你的选择

你可以停用周报邮箱、修改个人资料，或在设置中删除账号。请勿上传密钥、客户个人信息、商业秘密或无权处理的公司材料。

Privacy Policy

CareerLog is an invite-only career journal. This policy explains what we process, why we process it, and how you can delete it.

Effective: September 9, 2026

1. Information we process

  • Account data: email address, profile name, avatar, and sign-in sessions.
  • Career material: notes, reports, project summaries, text extracted from uploaded files, follow-up answers, evidence records, and resume drafts.
  • Weekly-report inbox: email body, subject, sender, and received time for messages you forward. Attachments are not currently imported.
  • Operational metadata: model provider, model name, token counts, latency, outcome, and request error IDs. Usage analytics do not store prompts or model outputs.

2. Storage and purposes

Account and career data are stored in PostgreSQL provided by Neon, while the application runs on Vercel. We use this data for authentication, synchronization, import review, search, AI organization, and resume generation. Server-verified user IDs isolate each account.

3. AI services

When you use extraction, importing, continuity analysis, or resume generation, the career material needed for that task is sent by the server to the configured Kimi service from Moonshot AI. Passwords, verification codes, and API keys are not sent as model input. Review AI results before confirming or sharing them.

4. Email services

Resend delivers sign-in codes and, after you enable the weekly-report inbox, receives forwarded messages. Resend sends a signed webhook to CareerLog before the message is stored in your inbox.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Account and workspace data remain until you delete your account.
  • Weekly-report inbox messages are retained for up to 90 days and leave the pending list after you load them.
  • Original uploads are used only for parsing. They are normally deleted after parsing, with failed leftovers expiring within one day.
  • Account deletion removes workspace data, inbox messages, AI usage events, and authentication data. Used invitations retain only a de-identified usage time.

6. Your choices

You can disable your weekly-report address, edit your profile, or delete your account in Settings. Do not upload credentials, customer personal data, trade secrets, or company information you are not authorized to process.
