Terms of Service

By using CareerLog, you agree to these beta terms.

Effective: September 9, 2026

1. Service

CareerLog is a beta tool for personal career records and AI-assisted organization. Features may change, pause, or become temporarily unavailable. Keep your own backup of important material.

2. Accounts and invitations

Register with your own email and protect verification codes and sessions. Invitations are for designated beta participants and may not be sold or distributed publicly.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in submitted material and confirm that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit illegal content, malware, another person's private data, unauthorized company secrets, or material that infringes third-party rights.

4. AI output

AI extraction, analysis, and resume wording are assistive and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not employment, legal, or other professional advice. Verify facts before confirming, downloading, or sharing results.

5. Fair use

The beta currently has no fixed model-call allowance. You may not automate abusive requests, bypass safeguards, disrupt the service, or consume resources far beyond personal use. We may pause abnormal activity to protect availability.

6. Data and termination

The Privacy Policy explains data processing. You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend accounts that seriously violate these terms or threaten users or service security.

7. Limits

We work to protect the service and data, but the beta is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or perfectly accurate AI output. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on AI output, missing backups, or third-party outages.
